Hello All,

Following on from the adjourned court case in early November, we are keen to confirm details of residents wishing to attend the court hearing of the Travellers request to vary the High Court injunction, to allow them to continue living on the site while the planning continues. Again, a good turnout from residents would be appreciated – this was noted by the Judge.

The hearing is at The Queen’s Bench, The Royal Courts of Justice on the Strand, in London and the hearing starts at 10am each day, and ends no later than 4pm. The hearing is scheduled for two days, Thursday 30^th November – Friday 1^st December.

We do not know the court number until the daily list is published at 3.30pm the day before – Wednesday 29^th November in this case.  This can be checked the day before at the following link:  https://www.justice.gov.uk/courts/court-lists/list-queens-bench
